Seafood Porridge |

| Ingredients |
·120g rice
·Some water
·1 dried scallop
·80g scallops
·160g prawns
·Some diced spring onion
·Rice mix: 1 tsp salt
·1 tsp corn flour
·A dash of sesame oil
·A few shakes of pepper

·200g peanuts, 100g wood fish
·300g chicken meat, salt & pepper to taste

·XO sauce

Method to COOK!

Rinse dried scallop and soak till tender. |

Shell prawns and remove intestines. Rinse thoroughly and slit prawns without open. Wipe and dry scallops. Season prawns and scallops. |

Prepare a pot of water and cook till boil. Add in rice and dried scallop. Cook till porridge is ready and add in prawns and scallops. Simmer till ingredients are done. Sprinkle diced spring onion and a little pepper. Serve hot. |
