Peanut Dry Woodfish XO Porridge
 
 
 Ingredients ·1 cup rice, 3 liter water
 
 Ingredients (A) ·200g peanuts, 100g wood fish
·300g chicken meat, salt & pepper to taste
 
 Ingredients (B) ·XO sauce
 
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Rinse rice and pour in water and ingredients (A) to boil until becomes porridge.
 
2. Remove and serve with XO sauce.
