Steamed Rice With Crabs
 
 
 Ingredients ·1 crab (about 225g)
·1 tbsp dried shrimps
·1 dried scallop
·2 dried black mushrooms
·150g rice
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Cut and wash crab, chop up and drain well.
 
2. Soak dried shrimps until tender, soak mushrooms well, trim and halve, wash rice and drain well.
 
3. Heat a little oil, sautedried shrimps and mushrooms until fragrant, add rice and stir well, transfer to a steaming pot or big bowl. Add suitable quantity of water, put crab on top, steam rice until cooked, and serve while hot. Add light soy sauce (optional).
