·1 crab (about 225g)
·1 tbsp dried shrimps
·1 dried scallop
·2 dried black mushrooms
·150g rice

Cut and wash crab, chop up and drain well. |

Soak dried shrimps until tender, soak mushrooms well, trim and halve, wash rice and drain well. |

Heat a little oil, sautedried shrimps and mushrooms until fragrant, add rice and stir well, transfer to a steaming pot or big bowl. Add suitable quantity of water, put crab on top, steam rice until cooked, and serve while hot. Add light soy sauce (optional). |
