Devein and wash shrimps, dry and marinate for 20 minutes, sautein warm oil. |

Rinse scallops and pat dry, marinate for 20 minutes, sautein warm oil. |

Wash and halve mangoes, seed and dice, soak in hot water until warm, reserve mango skin. |

Heat wok, sauteginger slices with 1 tbsp of oil, return shrimps and scallops, sizzle wine, add sauce and mango flesh, mix well, and place the mixture into mango skin, ready to serve. |
