Steamed Oyster With Chopped Garlic
 
 
 Ingredients · 6 oysters
· 150 g chopped garlic
 
 Seasoning · 1 tsp essence powder
· 1 tsp salt
· 1/2 tsp chicken essence
· 1/2 bowl of chicken stock
· Some aromatic oil
· Some corn flour
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Wash the oyster and arrange on plate, mix the chopped garlic with all the seasonings, and then, fill 1 spoon of the mixture in each oyster, steam for 3 minutes, serve.
