Sweet & Hot Shells
 
 
 Ingredients · 500g fresh shells
 
 Ingredients (A) · 1 sliced onion
· 1 sliced capsicum
· 3 striped chilies
· 3 pips sliced garlic
 
 Seasoning · 1/2 tbsp bean paste
· 1 tbsp chili sauce
· 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
· 300g chicken stock
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Rinse shells. Scald and drain. Leave aside.
 
2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil, saut¨¦ garlic till fragrant. Stir in the remaining ingredients (A) well. Pour in seasoning and shells. Stir fry. Add in water. Simmer over high heat until the gravy is thickened. Serve hot.
