· 3 striped chilies
· 3 pips sliced garlic

· 1/2 tbsp bean paste
· 1 tbsp chili sauce
· 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
· 300g chicken stock

Rinse shells. Scald and drain. Leave aside. |

Heat up 2 tbsp oil, saut¨¦ garlic till fragrant. Stir in the remaining ingredients (A) well. Pour in seasoning and shells. Stir fry. Add in water. Simmer over high heat until the gravy is thickened. Serve hot. |
