Crabs In Sweet & Sour Sauce |

· 500ml oil for deep frying
· 1 kg crabs, cleaned and cut into pieces
· Corn flour for coating crabs
· 1 tbsp chopped garlic
· 1tsp chopped chili
· 1 tsp chopped ginger
· 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
· 1 egg, beaten

· 3 tbsp tomato sauce
· 2 tbsp chili sauce
· 2 tbsp white rice vinegar
· 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tbsp oyster sauce
· 2 tbsp sugar
· 1 tsp salt
· 100 ml water
· Corn flour water for thickening
