Crabs In Sweet & Sour Sauce  
 
 Ingredients · 500ml oil for deep frying
· 1 kg crabs, cleaned and cut into pieces
· Corn flour for coating crabs
· 1 tbsp chopped garlic
· 1tsp chopped chili
· 1 tsp chopped ginger
· 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
· 1 egg, beaten
 
 Seasoning · 3 tbsp tomato sauce
· 2 tbsp chili sauce
· 2 tbsp white rice vinegar
· 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tbsp oyster sauce
· 2 tbsp sugar
· 1 tsp salt
· 100 ml water
· Corn flour water for thickening

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Coat crabs with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil for 2 minutes or until cooked. Dish up and drain.
 
2. Leave 2 tbsp oil in wok and saut¨¦ chopped garlic, chopped chili, chopped ginger and spring onion until fragrant.
 
3. Add in seasoning and bring to a boil. Add in crabs, beaten egg and corn flour solution. Mix well and dish up.
