· 500ml oil for deep-frying
· 300g corn flour
 
 Seasoning · 1/2 tsp salt
· 1 tsp sugar
· 1/2 tsp pepper
· 1 egg white
· 1 tbsp curry powder
· A dash of five spice powder
· 1 tbsp plain flour

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Combine cuttlefish with marinade and mix well, marinate for 30 minutes.
 
2. Coat with corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain. Serve hot.
