Shark's fin With Vegetables  
 
 Ingredients · 2 pieces shark's fin (about 188g - 225g)
· 2 cups liquor from stewing shark's fin
· Shanghai white cabbage
· 2 tsp shaoxing wine
 
 Seasoning · 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1/3 tsp salt
· 1/4 tsp sugar
· 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
· Sesame oil
 
 Water chestnut powder solution · 2 tsp water chestnut powder
· 1/3 cup stock

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Pretreated and stew the shark's fin.
 
2. Trim shanghai white cabbage, stew in stock until soft.
 
3. Put stewed shark's fin on plate carefully. Place shanghai white cabbage on the side.
 
4. Heat oil, sizzle wine, pour in liquor from stewing shark's fin and seasoning. Bring to the boil. Slightly thicken with water chestnut powder solution. Pour over shark's fin. Serve hot.
