Bake Cod In White Wine |

| Ingredients |
· 2 pieces cod fillet, each about 300g
· 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper
· 4 tbsp white wine, 1 onion
· 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
· 2 pieces (12" X 12") aluminium foil

Method to COOK!

Mix cod fillet with salt, ground black pepper and place onto aluminium foil. |

Drizzle each cod fillet with 2 tbsp white wine, add in onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley and wrap neatly. |

Preheat oven, bake at 250degree C for 10-15 minutes or till cooked. |

Remove and serve hot. |
