· 1 fresh water crab
· 3 mushroom slices
· 3 ginger slices
· 3 cloves garlic, eonion

·(A) 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp salt, pepper as needed
·(B) 2 tbsp butter

Method to COOK!

Clean crab, remove shell, rinse, chop off legs, remove inner organs, cut crab into 4 pieces, marinate in seasoning (A) for a short while. |

Soak mushrooms until soft, remove stems, shred onion, chop ginger and garlic finely, and stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic with seasoning (B) until fragrant. |

Prepare two 20cm X 15cm foil sheets, which cover all ingredients. |

Preheat oven to 250degree C, bake for 20 minutes, remove, open and serve hot. |
