Prawn With Coconut Milk
 
 
 Ingredients · 300g prawns
· 2 tbsp coconut milk
· 2 tbsp fresh milk
· 1 tbsp fish sauce
· 1 tbsp curry powder
· A little bit of vermicelli
· 500g stock
· A little bit of corn flour solution
 
 Seasoning ·2 tsp sugar
·1 tsp salt
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Clean the prawn, pat dry, put the prawn into hot oil, stirring till prawns almost cooked. Dish up and set aside.
 
2. Heat up 1 tbsp cooking oil to sautethe chopped garlic. Pour in stock, coconut milk, fresh milk, fish sauce, curry powder, prawns and vermicelli. Cover and simmer till fragrant. Add seasoning. Stir in corn flour solution. Transfer it into clay pot and serve.
