Rinse the boned chicken drumsticks. Pound each at several times with the back of a knife. Blend in marinade (A) season for 20 - 30 minutes, tightly roll up chicken meat and steam until done. |

Remove chicken and leave to cool. Blend in 2 tbsp shao xing wine well, refrigerate and marinate for over night. Remove and slice to serve. |
