 Ingredients · 2 chicken drumsticks
 
 Marinade (A) · 1 tsp salt
· 1 tbsp shao xing wine
· 2 tsp ginger juice
· 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
 Marinade (B) · 2 tbsp shao xing wine

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Rinse the boned chicken drumsticks. Pound each at several times with the back of a knife. Blend in marinade (A) season for 20 - 30 minutes, tightly roll up chicken meat and steam until done.
 
2. Remove chicken and leave to cool. Blend in 2 tbsp shao xing wine well, refrigerate and marinate for over night. Remove and slice to serve.
