Grey Mullet With Papaya In Soup
 
 
 Ingredients · 1 grey mullet (about 400g)
· 1 Hawaiian papaya (about 300g)
· 2 slices of ginger

Method to COOK!
 
1. Peel papaya and remove seeds, cut into chunks and leave for later use.
 
2. Scale and remove internal organs from fish, use ? tbsp oil and stir fry the fish slightly. Remove and drain.
 
3. Prepare a pot of water and bring to boil. Add in ginger and fish, simmer for 2 hours, then put in papaya in cook for another 30 minutes till soup thickens. Season with salt and serve hot.
