· 600g old cucumber
· 600g crabs
· 50g dried mussels, soaked until tender
· 3 honey dates
· 1 piece ginger

Rinse cucumber and cut into cubes, cut crabs into large pieces, rinse and drain well. |

Heat up some oil to fragrant ginger slices, dish up and leave aside. |

Bring a pot of water to boil, add in all the ingredients, cook over low heat for 2 ehours, season with salt and serve hot. |
