· 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sliced garlic
· 800ml stock
· 500g Chinese spinach
· 1 century egg, diced

·1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce
·Dash of pepper and chicken stock granules

Method to COOK!

Heat up 1 tbsp oil and sautesliced garlic until fragrant, pour in stock and bring to a boil. |

Put in Chinese spinach and cook for about 3 minutes, add in seasoning, century egg and bring to boil, dish up and serve. |
