Preserved Green Mustard & Beancurd Soup  
 
 Ingredients · 1 tbsp oil, 5 slices ginger
· 2 preserved wet plum
· 1500ml stock
· 50g sliced pork
· 50g shelled prawns
· 100g preserved green mustard, cleaned and shredded
· 2 pieces bean curd, cut into e
· 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
 
 Seasoning ·1 tsp sugar
·1 tbsp light soy sauce
·A dash of pepper and chicken stock granules
·2 stalks spring onion, cut into3 cm length, add in last

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil and sauteginger until fragrant, pour in stock and bring to boil.
 
2. Put in all ingredients, seasoning and bring to boil.
 
3. Add in spring onion and dish up, serve hot.
