Black Kidney Bean With Pork Soup
 
 
 Ingredients · 200 g black kidney beans
· 200 g preserved turnip (cut into pieces)
· 800 g pork shank
· 10 red dates
· 3 tbsp medlar seeds
· 3000 ml water

Method to COOK!
 
1. Soak black kidney beans and preserved turnip into water separately for about 1 hour, remove and drain well.
 
2. Rinse the pork chop, blanch in boiling water for few minutes, dish up and rinse under running water.
 
3. Bring water to boil, add in all ingredients, bring back to boil, and cook with low heat for 2 hours, salt to taste, serve hot.
