Black Kidney Bean With Pork Soup |

| Ingredients |
· 200 g black kidney beans
· 200 g preserved turnip (cut into pieces)
· 800 g pork shank
· 10 red dates
· 3 tbsp medlar seeds
· 3000 ml water

Method to COOK!

Soak black kidney beans and preserved turnip into water separately for about 1 hour, remove and drain well. |

Rinse the pork chop, blanch in boiling water for few minutes, dish up and rinse under running water. |

Bring water to boil, add in all ingredients, bring back to boil, and cook with low heat for 2 hours, salt to taste, serve hot. |
