Steam Lamb With Wolfberry
 
 
 Ingredients · 600g tender lamb
· 30g fruit of Chinese wolfberry
· 10g scallion
· 5g ginger
 
 Seasoning · 2 tbsp cooking wine
· 1/2 tbsp monosodium glutamate
· 1 tbsp salt

Method to COOK!
 
1. Scald lamb briefly, cube into 3cm by 3cm.
 
2. Clean fruit of Chinese wolfberry, beat with ginger.
 
3. Put all the ingredients and seasonings into stew pot with water, closed steam till tender, take scallion and ginger off. Serve hot.
 
Note : This is redolent, good nutriment during winter time.
