Steam Lamb With Wolfberry |

| Ingredients |
· 600g tender lamb
· 30g fruit of Chinese wolfberry
· 10g scallion
· 5g ginger

| Seasoning |
· 2 tbsp cooking wine
· 1/2 tbsp monosodium glutamate
· 1 tbsp salt

Method to COOK!

Scald lamb briefly, cube into 3cm by 3cm. |

Clean fruit of Chinese wolfberry, beat with ginger. |

Put all the ingredients and seasonings into stew pot with water, closed steam till tender, take scallion and ginger off. Serve hot. |
