 Ingredients (A) · 2 chicken thighs
 
 Ingredients (B) · 1/2 cup glutinous rice wine
· 1 tsp sesame oil
· 100g grated ginger
· Salt to taste
· 1 tsp corn flour

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Cut chicken thighs into pieces. Arrange on a plate.
 
2. Mix (B) ingredients and pour on chicken.
 
3. Put into steamer and steam for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
