Mustard Green With Scallop
 
 
 Ingredients · 600g mustard green sprouts
· 150g scallop
 
 Seasoning · 1 tbsp salt
· 1 tbsp monosodium glutamate
· 2 tbsp starch water
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Clean and cut the mustard green sprouts into 5 cm by 3 cm.
 
2. Soak the scallop, steam for 40 minutes, cool off.
 
3. Boil water on a pot, blanch the mustard green sprouts and dish up. Add a scoop broth, salt, monosodium glutamate in the pot, after boiled, put scallop in and thicken the sauce, pour all the stuff on the mustard green sprouts, done.
 
4. Serve hot.
