· 600g mustard green sprouts
· 150g scallop

· 1 tbsp salt
· 1 tbsp monosodium glutamate
· 2 tbsp starch water

Clean and cut the mustard green sprouts into 5 cm by 3 cm. |

Soak the scallop, steam for 40 minutes, cool off. |

Boil water on a pot, blanch the mustard green sprouts and dish up. Add a scoop broth, salt, monosodium glutamate in the pot, after boiled, put scallop in and thicken the sauce, pour all the stuff on the mustard green sprouts, done. |
