Method to COOK!

Mix mashed pork with 50g water well into sticky, add an egg white with seasoning in, stir clock wise till well mixed. |

Beat 3 eggs, mix with 2 tbsp starch well to be egg paste. Preheat the pan with oil, then clean the oil by dish cloth, pour egg paste into to be egg skin, take out and cool off. |

Dot starch on egg skin, coat mix mashed pork on, roll up then push into 5 cm wide roll. |

Steam the egg roll by low heat till well done, cool off then dash sesame oil on, chunk and dish up. |
