Pig Belly with Pickled Vegetable |

| Ingredients |
· 100g pickled vegetable
· 600g pig belly
· 25g ginger
· 2 pimentos
· Dash of soy black bean

| Seasoning |
·2 tbsp sugar
·3 tbsp soy sauce
·2 tbsp rice wine

Method to COOK!

Clean and soak the pickled vegetable, dice it, mince the ginger and pimentos. |

Boil the pig belly; drain the water and fat oil up, coat soy sauce on it to change the colour. |

Preheat the pan with salad oil till 70% done, fry the pig belly till the skin into golden, cool off and slice into 0.7cm by 8cm. |

Settle the pig belly on a bowl as scale (skin to the bottom), put pickled vegetable on it, dressing by soy black beans, steam till tender, put them up side in a dish, done. |
