Heat up oil for deep-frying, put in chicken and deep-fry for 1 minute. Dish up. Then put in bitter gourd and deep-fry for half minute. Dish up.

Leave 2 tbsp oil in wok, saut¨¦ ginger until fragrant. Add in seasoning, bitter gourd, chicken and stir well. |
