Lemon Grass Trotter
 
 
 Ingredients · 1 trotter, 2 tomatoes
· 1 onion, 3 red chillies
· 5 garlic, 5 shallots
· 3 stalks cinnamon stick
· 5 stalks lemon grass (flatten)
· 3 bowls of water
 
 Seasoning ·1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce
·1 tsp dark soy sauce
·1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp lime juice
·Stock granules to taste

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Rinse tomatoes, chillies, and onion, cut into cubes.
 
2. Chop garlic and shallots. Cut trotter into pieces, scald in boiling water and drain well.
 
3. Heat up 2 tbsp oil to fragrant chopped garlic, shallots and lemon grass, add in cinnamon sticks and trotter, stir until fragrant, pour in water, bring to boil and reduce the heat; simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
 
4. Blend in seasoning, tomatoes, onion and chillies, cook until the trotter is tender and gravy is thicken. Serve.
