· 6 tbsp marinade sauce
· 2 slices ginger
· 3 cups of water

·2 tsp light soy sauce
·1 tsp pounded rock sugar
·1 tsp rose wine
·Pinch some sesame oil

Method to COOK!

Trim and parboil chicken feet the remove & soak into clear water for a while. |

Pour marinade sauce, water & seasoning into simmer pot, cook on low heat & bring to boil, put chicken feet in, cook for 15 minutes on low heat. |

Turn off fire & keep chicken feet in sauce, soak for 1 hour, remove & cool. Serve. |
