· 12 oz pig's bellies
· 3 tbsp cooking wine
· 3 tbsp soy sauce
· 3 tbsp sugar
· 2 star anises
· 1 cup of water

Method to COOK!

Wash and dry pig's bellies. |

Put all the ingredients into hot pot, stir well then bring to the boil. |

Lower heat & stew for an hour till tender, remove and slice thin bellies, dish up. |

Pour over sauce on to the thin bellies. Serve hot. |
