Braised Pig's Bellies With Three Small Glasses Seasoning  
 
 Ingredients · 12 oz pig's bellies
· 3 tbsp cooking wine
· 3 tbsp soy sauce
· 3 tbsp sugar
· 2 star anises
· 1 cup of water
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Wash and dry pig's bellies.
 
2. Put all the ingredients into hot pot, stir well then bring to the boil.
 
3. Lower heat & stew for an hour till tender, remove and slice thin bellies, dish up.
 
4. Pour over sauce on to the thin bellies. Serve hot.
