Braised Sea Cucumber
 
 
 Ingredients (A) · 1 roasted pork trotter, cut into half
· 3 slices mature ginger
· 400g sea cucumber, soaked
· 10 dried black mushrooms, soaked
 
 Ingredients (B) ·2 tbsp abalone sauce
· 2 tbsp shao xin wine
·Salt to taste
·1 tsp sugar
·Pepper to taste
·1 litre hot water Corn flour solution

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Heat up 1 tbsp of sesame oil in wok, stir fry ginger until fragrant.
 
2. Add in trotter, sea cucumber, mushrooms and (B). Bring to the boil.
 
3. Stir in corn flour solution, pour the mixture into pot, cover and arrange in a double boiler.
 
4. Cook for 3 hours. Remove and serve hot.
