Heat up 1 tbsp of sesame oil in wok, stir fry ginger until fragrant.

Add in trotter, sea cucumber, mushrooms and (B). Bring to the boil. |

Stir in corn flour solution, pour the mixture into pot, cover and arrange in a double boiler. |

Cook for 3 hours. Remove and serve hot. |
