| Ingredients |
· 1 chicken breast
· 250g bean sprout
· 6 green cabbages
· (A) salt, wine, cornstarch
· (B) salt, monosodium glutamate

Method to COOK!

| 1. |
Slice the chicken into strips, mix with (A) for 20 minutes. |

Remove the head and toe of bean sprout, cut green cabbages vertically. |

| 3. |
Fry the chicken in3 tbsp of oil, add bean sprouts and (B) stir well then remove to a plate. |

| 4. |
Blanch the green cabbage, mix with a dash of salt and oil and arrange around the chicken. |
