· 300g scallops
· 100g fresh lilies
· 10g scallion
· 5g bruised ginger

| Seasoning |
· 1 tbsp salt
· 1 tbsp cooking wine
· 1/2 tbsp monosodium glutamate
· 1/2 tbsp pepper
· 1 tbsp corn starch
· 1 tbsp spice oil

Clean the scallop and cut the sinew off and drain up, coat with 1 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp starch, clean the lilies and fix the shape, clean and chip scallion. |

Mix seasoning well to be seasoning sauce. |

Preheat the pan with adequate oil till 40% done, fry the scallops till 80% done, and drain up. Fry scallion and ginger briefly, again fry scallops with lilies, pour seasoning sauce in, done. Serve hot. |
