Shredded Beef With Honey Beans  
 
 Ingredients · 250g beef fillet
· 120g honey beans
· A few slices of carved carrots
· A braid of garlic (mashed)
 
 Marinade · 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tsp corn flour
· 1/2 tsp sugar
· 1 tbsp water
· 1/2 tbsp oil
· A few shakes of black pepper
 
 Sauce · 3 tbsp stock/water
· A pinch of salt
· 1 tsp light soy sauce
· A dash of sesame oil
· A pinch of pepper
· 1/2 tsp corn flour (dissolve in 1 tbsp water)

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Wash and dry beef, cut it into thick strips and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Fry gently in shallow fry till almost done. Drain and reserve for later use.
 
2. Remove young roots from honey beans. Wash and drain well. Fry honey beans slightly. Then dish up and drain off excess oil.
 
3. Saut¨¦ hashed garlic with 2 tbsp oil. Add in beef and honey beans. Sprinkle wine and pour in sauce mixture. Add sliced carrots and stir well. Finish off with corn flour solution. Dish up and serve.
