Crispy Chicken In Lemon Sauce
 
 
 Ingredients · 1 chicken, remove bone
· Seasoned flour (150g corn flour, 1tbsp plain flour, 2 tsp salt and dash of pepper)
 
 Marinade · 1 tsp salt
· 1 tsp sugar
· 1 egg
· 2 tbsp shao xin wine
· 1/2 tsp custard powder
· 1 tbsp corn flour
· 1 tbsp plain flour
 
 Sauce · 3 tbsp concentrated lemon juice
· 2 tbsp concentrated orange juice
· 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
· 2 tbsp sugar
· 1/2 tsp
· 150ml water

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Combine chicken with marinade and season for 1 hour.
 
2. Coat chicken with seasoned flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain. Leave to cool and cut into pieces.
 
3. Put all sauce ingredients into wok and cook until thick. Pour over chicken and serve.
