Hot Plate Noodles |

| Ingredients |
· 1 piece freshly fried noodle
· 2 tbsp oil
· 3 pips garlic, chopped
|

| (A) |
· 60g meat, sliced
· 4 slices cuttlefish rings
· 3 med-sized prawns, shelled
|

| (B) |
· 1 stalk green vegetable, cut into 3 cm length
|
| |
| Seasoning sauce (mixed) |
· 300ml water
· 1/2 cube chicken stock
· 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
· 1/2 tsp sesame oil
· A dash of pepper and salt to taste

| Thickening |
· 1 1/2 tsp corn flour, mixed with 2 tbsp water
· 1 egg

Method to COOK!

Heat up 2 tbsp oil, saut¨¦ chopped garlic till aromatic, add in (A) and stir-fry till fragrant. |

Pour in seasoning sauce, mix well and bring to boil. Add (B) and cook till vegetables are soft. Thicken with corn flour water. Taste. |

Heat up a hot plate till smoky, place freshly fried noodle on the hot plate, pour meat and seafood sauce over the noodles, break an egg in the centre and serve hot. |
