Hot Plate Noodles  
 
 Ingredients · 1 piece freshly fried noodle
· 2 tbsp oil
· 3 pips garlic, chopped
 
 (A) · 60g meat, sliced
· 4 slices cuttlefish rings
· 3 med-sized prawns, shelled
 
 (B) · 1 stalk green vegetable, cut into 3 cm length
 
 Seasoning sauce (mixed) · 300ml water
· 1/2 cube chicken stock
· 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
· 1/2 tsp sesame oil
· A dash of pepper and salt to taste
 
 Thickening · 1 1/2 tsp corn flour, mixed with 2 tbsp water
· 1 egg

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil, saut¨¦ chopped garlic till aromatic, add in (A) and stir-fry till fragrant.
 
2. Pour in seasoning sauce, mix well and bring to boil. Add (B) and cook till vegetables are soft. Thicken with corn flour water. Taste.
 
3. Heat up a hot plate till smoky, place freshly fried noodle on the hot plate, pour meat and seafood sauce over the noodles, break an egg in the centre and serve hot.
