Season the eel slices with marinade, marinate for 15 minutes, parboil into hot oil for a while, remove and ready to use. |

Leave 1 tbsp oil in the preheated wok to fragrant chopped garlic and ginger slices. Add in prefried eel slices and seasoning, toss well. |
