Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables With Chicken & Prawns  
 
 Ingredients · 5 big prawns, remove shell
· 120g chicken breast, cut into small cubes
· 20g green capsicum, cubed
· 20g red capsicum, cubed
· 20g button mushrooms, cubed
· 20g onion, cubed
 
 Seasoning for prawns · A little salt, pepper and shao xin wine
 
 Seasoning for chicken · A little light soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil
 
 Sauce (mixed) · 1 tsp chopped garlic
· 1 tsp fermented black beans, chopped
· 1 tsp ground black pepper
· 1 tbsp garlic flavored chilli sauce, e tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tsp oyster sauce
· 1 tbsp honey

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Mix prawns and chicken cubes with seasoning and marinate for a while.
 
2. Heat up oil, deep fry prawns, chicken cubes, capsicum and onion separately for a short while, dish up.
 
3. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in wok, drizzle with 1 tbsp shao xin wine, add sauce and (2), stir-fry till well mixed and dish up.
