| Ingredients |
· 250g pork belly (with skin)
· 200g green chillies (cut into pieces)
· 2 stalks fresh leek (sliced)
· 100ml chicken stock

| Seasoning |
· 1 tsp monosodium glutamate
· 2 tsp sugar
· 2 tbsp hot been paste
· 1 tbsp salted been paste

Method to COOK!

Cook the pork belly into a pot of boiling water until cooked through, dish up, drain well and cut into thinly slices, keep aside. |

Heat up 1 tbsp of oil, add in pork belly slices, stir-fry until aromatic, add in hot bean paste and salted bean paste, stir-fry until fragrant. |

Add in sliced green chilli, fresh leek and the remaining of seasoning, stir-fry for a while, lastly, pour in chicken stock, keep stirring until the gravy is thick, remove from heat, serve hot. |
