 Ingredients · 500ml soy bean milk
· 4 eggs
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Prepare a square steaming tray.
 
2. Combine soy bean milk with eggs and beat well lightly.
 
3. Strain the mixture onto prepare steaming tray.
 
4. Bring water to boil, lower the heat and then put in (3). Steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
