· 2 preserved eggs
· 1 box bean curd in box
· 1 sprig green onion

· 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
· 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Method to COOK!

Take out bean curd from the box, wash with cold water, then cut into thick pieces and arrange them on a serving plate. |

Shell preserved eggs, divide each egg into four pieces by using a thread, and place the preserved egg on top of the bean curd. Stir well the seasoning sauce and pour over preserved eggs. |

Clean green onion and mince, sprinkle green onion on top, toss before serving. |
