Heat up 5 tbsp oil to fragrant salted fish and shrimps until crispy, dish up, deep-fry garlic until fragrant, dish up together with oil, combine with the prefried salted fish and shrimps, and leave aside. |

Arrange bean curds on a plate, bath with boiling water, drain well, pour in the shrimp's sauce onto bean curds and sprinkle chopped spring onion and chilies. Serve hot. |
