| Ingredients (A) |
· 1 salted egg yolk, flatten and diced
· 1 salted egg white
· 1 century egg, diced
· 3 eggs, lightly beaten
· 50g minced meat
· 150ml hot water
· 1/2 tsp salt, dash of pepper and chicken stock granules

· 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
· 1 tbsp fried garlic oil
· 1 tsp light soy sauce

Method to COOK!

Combine ingredients (A) in a mixing bowl, mix well and pour into a 8 " round steaming tray. |

Steam at medium heat for about 10 minutes or until set. Remove, sprinkle ingredients B on top and serve hot. |

Do not steam eggs with high heat, otherwise the texture will be coarse. |
