Meat Floss With Deep-fried Bean Curd
 
 
 Ingredients · 2 Japanese egg bean curds cut into pieces
· Some meat floss
· Some toasted seaweed shreds, fried sesame seeds
 
 Seasoning sauce: (mixed) · 2 tbsp tomato sauce
· 1 tbsp chilli sauce
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Deep-fry egg bean curd in hot oil till brown and crispy, dish up and arrange onto serving platter.
 
2. Pour sauce over fried bean curds, sprinkle meat floss, toasted seaweed and sesame seeds on top. Serve.
