Steamed Nutritious Tofu |

| Ingredients |
· 550ml soy bean milk (unsweetened)
· 4 eggs, beaten
· A pinch of salt and sugar

| Seasoning |
· 2 tbsp fried shallots with oil
· 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tbsp fried dried shrimps
· 2 tbsp spring onion, diced

Method to COOK!

Mix in all the ingredients. Sieve it into a deep plate. |

Put it in wok and steam over medium heat for 7 minutes. |

Sprinkle seasoning on top when serve. |

Note

| It is better to steam tofu over medium heat with the lid cover, to prevent condensed water from dripping on tofu. |
