Steamed Nutritious Tofu
 
 
 Ingredients · 550ml soy bean milk (unsweetened)
· 4 eggs, beaten
· A pinch of salt and sugar
 
 Seasoning · 2 tbsp fried shallots with oil
· 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tbsp fried dried shrimps
· 2 tbsp spring onion, diced
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Mix in all the ingredients. Sieve it into a deep plate.
 
2. Put it in wok and steam over medium heat for 7 minutes.
 
3. Sprinkle seasoning on top when serve.
 
Note
 
It is better to steam tofu over medium heat with the lid cover, to prevent condensed water from dripping on tofu.
