Boil the egg over low heat for 15 minutes until cooked, take out and wash with cold water, remove shell. |

Puree the minced meat and seasoning, section the vermicelli and set aside. |

Dab the egg with some corn flour and wrap with minced meat, then, wrap again with vermicelli, press tightly by hand. |

Heat 6 cups of oil until 70% heat, put in the egg and fry until the meat and vermicelli turn into brown color. |

Cut the egg vertically by sharp knife, arrange on plate, mix the seasoning together and serve with it. |
