Egg Nest
 
 
 Ingredients · 3 eggs, 300g minced meat
· 75g vermicelli
 
 Seasoning for the minced meat · 1 tbsp wine, 1 tsp salt
· Dash of pepper, 1 tbsp corn starch
 
 Seasoning · 4 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tbsp sugar
· Some sesame oil

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Boil the egg over low heat for 15 minutes until cooked, take out and wash with cold water, remove shell.
 
2. Puree the minced meat and seasoning, section the vermicelli and set aside.
 
3. Dab the egg with some corn flour and wrap with minced meat, then, wrap again with vermicelli, press tightly by hand.
 
4. Heat 6 cups of oil until 70% heat, put in the egg and fry until the meat and vermicelli turn into brown color.
 
5. Cut the egg vertically by sharp knife, arrange on plate, mix the seasoning together and serve with it.
