| Ingredients |
· 4 eggs, 2 tbsp shredded Chinese roasted meat
· 50g shelled prawns
· 1 tbsp shredded carrot
· 1 onion, shredded
· 1 tbsp shredded spring onion
· 1 tbsp shredded red chilli
· 3 tbsp oil

· 1 tsp salt
· 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· Dash of pepper and chicken stock granules

Combine all ingredients, seasoning in a mixing bowl and mix well. |

Heat up oil, pour in mixture and pan fry at low heat until set, turn it over and continue to fry until golden brown, dish up and serve. |
