Monster Egg
 
 
 Ingredients · 4 eggs
· 1 small potato
 
 Seasoning · 5 tbsp mayonnaise
· 1 tsp salt
· Dash of pepper
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Boil the eggs, remove the shell, cut eggs into 2 portions, remove the egg yolks and arrange the egg white on a plate.
 
2. Peel, slice and steam the potato, mash while hot, stir in all the seasonings and mashed together with the egg yolk.
 
3. Put the potato egg yolk paste into a decorating tube, then, press it out into the egg white, serve.

TIPS
 
1. You may add some minced meat in the filling to give a better taste.
 
2. Before being arranging the eggs on the plate, cut and flatten the bottom of the egg white for support.
