Method to COOK!

Boil the eggs, remove the shell, cut eggs into 2 portions, remove the egg yolks and arrange the egg white on a plate. |

Peel, slice and steam the potato, mash while hot, stir in all the seasonings and mashed together with the egg yolk. |

Put the potato egg yolk paste into a decorating tube, then, press it out into the egg white, serve. |
