Braised Assorted Vegetables
 
 
 Ingredients · Green cauliflower
· Little corn, sliced carrot
· Mushroom, agaric strips
 
 Seasoning ·ecup stock
·Salt, monosodium glutamate
·Corn starch solution
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Clean the green cauliflower and cut them up, cut little corn vertically, slice carrot and blanch them in hot salt water.
 
2. Fry all the vegetables in 3 tbsp oil, pour the seasoning on them, dish up and arrange them on the plate. Serve.
