Vegetarian Meal For Buddhism
 
 
 Ingredients · 12 nuts, 150g vegetarian shrimps
· 1 carrot, 1 radish
· 6 mushrooms, 3 black mushrooms
· 3 corncobs, 1 cauliflower
 
 Seasoning (A) ·2 tbsp of low sodium salt
·2 tbsp of soy sauce
·1 tbsp sugar
·1 bowl water, pepper
 
 Seasoning (B) ·1 tbsp corn starch
·1 tbsp sesame oil

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Blanch the cauliflower for 30 seconds, stir with 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of white sesame oil, put on the edge of the dish.
 
2. Cook the nuts, mushrooms, make the carrot, radish in to ball-shape, dice black mushrooms, cube corn-cobs.
 
3. Sauteblack mushrooms, vegetarian shrimps, add carrot, radish, mushrooms, and corn-cobs to fry.
 
4. Mix (A) spices, add into (3) to fry, thicken by corn starch, spread white sesame oil. Serve.
