Healthy Roll
 
 
 Ingredients · 10 pieces Chinese cabbage, boil until soft
· 2 tbsp oil
 
 Filling ·300g water chestnut
·Salt, monosodium 100g carrot
·50g mushroom
·50g French bean
·1 small bowl vegetarian roasted meat
·Pepper to taste
·2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok. Stir fry filling ingredients until soft. Remove and wrap into cabbage, roll up.
 
2. Arrange rolls in wok, steam for 10 minutes. Remove rolls and cut into pieces and serve.
