| Ingredients |
· 500g rice, 300g peeled pumpkin, 5 mushrooms (diced)
· 80 g vegetarian ham (diced), 80 g green peas
· 850 ml water, 3 tbsp vegetarian dried shrimps

· 2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
· 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sesame oil
· 1/2 tsp pepper

Method to COOK!

Rinse pumpkin and cut into dices, heat up a little oil in a preheated wok to saut¨¦ the pumpkin until fragrant, dish up, drain and keep aside. |

Rinse rice and drain well. |

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a preheated wok, stir-fry the diced vegetarian ham and put in mushroom dices and keep stirring until fragrant, then add in rice and seasoning, stir well, transfer all ingredients to the rice cooker, pour in water and cook covered until the rice cooked through, blend in fried pumpkin dices and green peas, simmer with covered till the pumpkin are cooked or tender, mix well. |
